OUR MISSION IS TO CONNECT, INFORM, & UNITE OUR COMMUNITIES FOR A SAFER NATION.

Now more than ever, we must find common ground for our public safety.
Due to the fragmented design of social media and traditional news outlets, we are not consuming the same information. This is especially concerning when the information is regarding our public safety news and alerts. Misinformation often spreads like wildfire from well-intentioned people sharing false public safety information from untrustworthy sources. This is a significant public safety concern that leaves crime unsolved, helpful resources unutilized, and costs lives.

Prior to emergency 911 being implemented as a useful public safety tool, it took 43 years to only serve 93% of our communities nationwide. Waiting for our national and local governments to effectively coordinate and implement a solution to public safety reform would have taken decades. Imagine all the lives that would have been saved if it had been implemented more quickly!

TiPSTER is shining a light on real-time, relevant, and reliable public safety tips, resources, news & alerts so our communities, nationwide, can stay informed and focus on implementing solutions to problems that require us to work collectively for the common good.

Our hope is TiPSTER will also help heal and strengthen relations between our public safety departments, primarily law enforcement, and our communities, nationwide, by providing the first step to reform: transparent communication to the public.
